How to View Your Account Info and Change the Password¶

On the Profile page, you can review your LinkPoint Connect(ME) account information like your contact email, Salesforce login, or subscription plan. You can also change the password for your LinkPoint Connect(ME) account.

To view your LinkPoint Connect(ME) account information, click the Profile tab on Sync Dashboard

If you sign to LinkPoint Connect(ME) with login and password, you can change your LinkPoint Connect(ME) account password.

To change the password, do the following:

1. In the Dashboard, select Profile
2. In the Change Password block, in the Password box, enter you current password

3. In the New Password box, enter your new password
4. Click the Change button
